Mr. LaPonce Mobley is a seasoned Project Manager with a professional trajectory spanning 37 years in Human Capital, Finance, Customer Service Training, and Real Estate Acquisitions. His work experience is enriched by his time in the Federal sector as a Veteran of the US Army, and in the private sector. His experience encompasses managing large, complex projects that have significant societal impact. He has demonstrated exceptional skills in coordinating the efforts of multiple departments and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exact specifications with an emphasis on data integrity
Mr. Mobley is an expert in navigating the complexities of moving and transforming spaces, with a deep understanding of both the logistical aspects of relocation and the intricacies of renovation. Specializing in coordinating and executing seamless transitions from one location to another, Mr. Mobley ensures that the new space is refurbished to meet the client’s needs. As a meticulous planner with efficient resource allocation skills, Mr. Mobley collaborates closely with architects,contractors, and interior designers. In the wake of the Delta Air Lines and Northwest Airlines merger, Mr. Mobley showcased his leadership by spearheading the training for the unified computer network, SNAPP (Single Network Application). This system, a blend of the best features from both airlines, required a smooth transition from the Delta Air Lines Cornerstone Network and the Northwest Airlines Airport of Preference Network.
Mr. Mobley’s role was pivotal in training additional trainers and over 300 employees, both new and tenured, through on-the-job training in the Memphis HUB. He collaborated closely with programmers and developers to troubleshoot and resolve unique issues in SNAPP, ensuring system security and functionality. Ensured all flights were processed in accordance with Transportation Security Administration, Homeland Security and Federal Aviation Administration regulations and policies.
His effective communication skills were instrumental in keeping all employees and management updated about changes and updates to SNAPP. He adhered to key performance metrics and indicators, driving the Memphis station to be the first worldwide to achieve 100% SNAPP usage by all of its employees well ahead of the mandated deadline. Mr. Mobley’s project management and training skills were notably recognized for his effort.
Mr. Mobley’s extensive experience as a Human Resources Specialist in the United States Army has equipped him with the ability to perform under high-pressure situations, meet stringent deadlines, and manage resources effectively. His military service exposed him to a diverse range of individuals, fostering a broad perspective and an inclusive approach to his work.

Mr. Mobley was entrusted with the maintenance and management of military personnel records at a time, adhering to strict privacy laws. He was part of the pioneering team that digitized military personnel records, demonstrating his adaptability to technological advancements and his commitment to efficiency. In order to digitize the records, they had to be audited for missing or inaccurate information. A checklist of information had to be included before retiring hard copy records. They had to capture the correct data and ensure the data integrity of the digitized files. If information was missing or needed correcting, they did this by reaching out to personnel responsible for providing it. Once the information was corrected, they were able to transfer a large portion of records to the military Archive division, but not until all of the files were in compliance with the Department of Defense and Veteran’s administration policies and directives. His Responsibilities also included the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, and tracking personnel actions, showcasing his attention to detail and organizational skills.
Furthermore, Mr. Mobley was instrumental in the operation of the first-generation Tactical Army Combat Computer System (TACCS). This innovative system, capable of being deployed from helicopters anywhere in the world, enabled communication with the Pentagon and facilitated data transmission to the Department of Defense. This experience underscores his technical acumen and his ability to perform in challenging environments.
